Thank you to Emma's Social Worker, Donna, for her dedication, Ashley and her colleagues from Capability Scotland, Marcia's team of carers and Natalie for all their support of Emma.
The family wish to express their gratitude to the medical team at DGRI especially the staff in the Alexandra Unit for providing Emma and her family with the care and empathy that really made a difference.
Thank you to Russel Jardine of Jardine Funeral Directors and to Celebrant Susan Rogerson for delivering a beautiful service and, finally, thank you to all those who attended Emma's funeral and for the generous donations made to Capability Scotland.
